1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CMA NXVORA (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

CMA NXVORA is an automated tool that generates CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) data reports based on figures entered by the user. The Platform does not provide financial, legal, or accounting advice.

3. User Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data, numbers, and information you enter into the Platform.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all output (reports, Excel files, PDFs) before using them for any purpose, including submitting them to banks or financial institutions.
  • The Platform uses formulas and algorithms based on standard CMA formats. While we strive for accuracy, errors may exist in calculations due to user input, rounding, formula limitations, or software bugs.
  • You must ensure that all financial projections, assumptions, and ratios you enter are realistic and based on your actual or expected business performance.

4. No Warranty — Reports Are Not Guaranteed

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

CMA NXVORA and its reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • Reports will be accepted by any bank, financial institution, or regulatory body.
  • Calculations are free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
  • Projections or forecasts will match actual business outcomes.
  • The Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
  • Output meets the specific requirements of any particular lender or jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CMA NXVORA, its owners, operators, developers, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
  • This includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of business, rejection of loan applications, financial losses, reputational damage, or any other loss resulting from reliance on reports generated by the Platform.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 (whichever is less).

6. No Professional Relationship

Use of CMA NXVORA does not create a CA-client, accountant-client, or advisor-client relationship. You are not our client. We do not review, audit, or verify your data. All reports are machine-generated without human review.

7. Bank & Regulatory Compliance

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that any CMA report you submit complies with the requirements of your bank, RBI guidelines, and applicable laws.
  • Bank requirements vary. What works for one bank may not work for another. It is your responsibility to verify format and content requirements before submission.
  • We are not responsible if your loan application is rejected, delayed, or questioned due to the content of reports generated by this Platform.

8. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms as well.
  • Digital products (downloaded reports, Excel files, PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered, as they are digital goods that cannot be "returned."
  • If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing download, contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve it or provide a replacement.

9. Account & Data

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may store the data you enter for the purpose of generating reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, its code, design, formulas, templates, and branding are the intellectual property of CMA NXVORA.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Platform or its output.
  • Reports generated for your personal/business use are yours, but the underlying template and formula logic remain our property.

11. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the Platform to generate fraudulent or misleading financial data.
  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or abuse the Platform in any way.
  • Using automated tools to access the Platform without permission.
  • Impersonating another person or entity.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or on the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
